Especially relevant in the post-pandemic “fully remote” world. Feels like what was originally the ultimate freedom, this untethered way of working, has made for more distance between us, more option paralysis. This article was validating and grounding - thanks Angelina.
Oh absolutely! I appreciate you bring this up. I loved being remote because of the freedom it has given me but over the last two years have been craving more of an in person community. I like to tell people that there are many right choices for them. The ability to decide and commit to one at a time is the most important. And the essence and energy with which you show up. I tell myself that it doesn’t matter if I’m a HealthTech PM, a therapist or a coach. The energy with which I lead, help and contribute will be the same and what matters.
